Of course, roosters don’t lay eggs. We’re back to the Rooster (Sriracha) sauce.
Now I don’t want to be too redundant, but when you are vacationing in a remote location, you have to get your hot where you can. So yesterday’s breakfast was a simple, but delicious combination. Buttered toast with Sriracha sauce, and an over-easy fried egg on top. Magically delicious.
Now that's just about crazy. And just about what I'd expect you to love.
BTW, the name of this concoction is my fave so far.
